Who We Are
Veer & Partners Law Firm is a litigation practice concentrated in employer-side representation under the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, and the corresponding provisions of the Code on Social Security, 2020. We appear before Assessing and Authorised Officers, Recovery Officers, the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Courts (CGIT-cum-LCs), the Employees’ Provident Funds Appellate Tribunal, the Employees’ Insurance Court, and in appropriate cases before the High Courts.
Our Approach
Statutory proceedings under these Acts move on strict, and often short, limitation periods — 45 days for a Section 7B review, 60 days for a CGIT appeal, 60 days for a Section 45AA appeal, three years for an application before the Employees’ Insurance Court. Our practice is organised around tracking these timelines from the date a client is first served, so that no remedy is lost to delay.
